Refund Policy
Real Display Boards only refund on faulty items within 3 days of delivery. All faults & discrepancies must be reported within this time by phone or in writing.
Shipping & Deliveries Policy
Postage and Handling in most cases will be calculated based on the delivery state as outlined at time of checkout. However Real Display Boards reserves the right to pass on any extra postage charges to the purchaser. The purchaser will be notified of any extra charges that will apply prior to delivery. This might also delay the delivery time if the purchaser can not be contacted immediately. However we will strive to finalise and deliver the product as quickly as possible.
Real Display Boards dispatches your order within 48 hours of receiving full payment. Your order will be sent via courier or Australia Post. All deliveries should be received (Aust only) within 5 business days full payment being received. If Real Display Boards is unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 3 business days by email or telephone.
